The 2025 week may be used (subject to availability) or moved to 2026 for a fee (see Freedom Plus program below). Maint. fees for 2025 will be paid by Seller.

We have a deeded week in Kauai at the Pono Kai Resort.
Week 38 of every year in a one bedroom suite.
It is paid off and maintenance fees are $469 every 6 months. It is in perfect walking distance to all local stores and a few feet from the ocean. Neither one of us want to own this timeshare any longer and we are willing to walk away from it and allow someone else to enjoy it.
If you pay for a membership with Interval International, you can trade in your points in exchange to vacation elsewhere.

Pono Kai Resort - Kapa'a, Kauai, Hawaii. The deed is for the Presidential unit A209 annual usage, ocean front, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom that sleeps 6 people. Ownership of this deed allows you to book any 2 bedroom unit in the resort that is available for the dates that you want. You can book up to one year in advance, We always booked either the A307 or B307 unit which are ocean front, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a loft. The loft is very large with a king size bed. 2 bedroom units with a loft will sleep up to 8 people. We currently have unit A307 reserved for January 14-21, 2026 which can be changed if these dates don't work for you. These are the top floor units (3rd floor) with a beautiful view where we enjoyed watching whales from our balcony and watch beautiful sunrises. There are elevators in every building. The Resort is only 8 miles from Lihue Airport in Kauai and is situated directly on the ocean. Other amenities include a private pool, hot tub, free Wifi, free parking, BBQ facilities, a tennis court, putting green, workout room, laundry facilities and much more. Kapa'a is the best small town in Kauai. From the resort you can easily walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Kauai is the garden island, a true pacific gem, from its sculpted mountain ridges, lush rainforests and spectacular beaches to the natural grandeur of Waimea Canyon and the awe-inspiring scenery of the Na Pali coast. This is a very special island.
