Kauai Ocean Front

Pono Kai is a lovely resort in the best location on Kauai. I always am able to book an ocean front unit that has beautiful views and is so handy to the 10 mile hiking path along the ocean. Swimming is great right in front. The unit is spacious with a comfortable queen hide-a-bed in the living room and lots of cupboards and storage space. It has been recently renovated with all new furnishings.
We enjoy the location being in the middle of the Eastern side of the island so trips up to Princeville or down to Poipu are not far. However, if you choose to stay at the resort for the day, amongst beautiful grounds with ponds and koi fish, there is a pool and hottub of course, tennis, pickleball, putting green, a small gym and other games.
It is close to stores and restaurants but away from the street.
