This week is an EOY (every other year) Gold week that is "worth" 1880 points. As such, you not only have superb Hyatt resort trading capabilities (including trading for other weeks at this resort), but also superb International International trading opportunities.

But you may not want to trade, at least not trade into some other resort. You might be very well satisfied by this magnificent 2 bedroom, 2 bath in the most stunning setting imaginable. Great pool and hot tub with a fabulous tiki bar/snack bar adjacent to the pool.

The best bike riding in all of Key West along the wide waterfront sidewalk across the street. And bikes will be delivered and picked up by companies like WeCycle for a very low cost.

If you might choose to try Interval International, you'd get 1880 Interval International points. And then virtually everything in the II system will be available to you. It's amazing. You'd have to use 1500 points for a Disney Vacation Club week and still have 380 points left over to use in a succeeding year. Or it cost me 750 points to get a Marriott Custom House in Boston for Christmas week such that I still had 1130 points left over to use elsewhere. The most magnificent Hawaii resorts: no problem!

And, if you own a timeshare or timeshares elsewhere, the information about how Interval International values other resorts is invaluable in guiding you to make optimal trades. With this account, you'd know that this resort is valued at 1500 points, that one 900 points, yet another 300 points. Without that information in a non-Hyatt-affiliated account, all you'd see are potential one for one trades and you might very well trade something extremely valuable for something not at all valuable. That "valuation" data is itself reason enough to have at least one Hyatt account.

This is truly a great opportunity that I'm only selling due to getting old. :)
