First floor of this townhouse format unit are the living room, kitchen, dining area, 2nd floor are the bedrooms. The ground floor entrance negates the need to use stairs or elevator, very convenient when carting in food and supplies for your week, and the ground level outdoor deck has abundant plantings in front offering decent privacy while looking beyond to a nice pool view.

This is a Deeded Week for Annual Usage with 2,200 HVC points, again FIRST USAGE 2027 (Sun Apr 4 – Sun Apr 11, 2027), as week 14, 2026 has been rented. Week 14 in Key West has some of the very best weather, warm but not hot, virtually no humidity. The 2026 MF of $2,803 has been paid.

If 2026 usage of this week 14 was available to a new owner and new owner paid or reimbursed the 2026 MF, the asking price would be $15,000. But given this week 14 is for 2027 usage, we are offering this unit at a 10% discount at $13,500, valid through April 30, 2026. We would split 50/50 the Hyatt transfer fee of $650 and closing agent fees/taxes of approx. $500.

As you likely know, Sunset Harbor is the preferred HVC resort in Key West given its location, being in easy walking distance to Duval St. with all its restaurants, shops, and attractions. Week 14 often falls with Spring Break and/or Easter week, which makes it extremely easy to rent for a profit vs. annual MFs, if you choose not to personally use it. We purchased this week 14 in 2018, have stayed there only once in 2019, and rented it for $3,700 - $4,700 every other year.
