Seeking a Platinum 2-Bedroom Lock-off at WKV.
I am looking for a clean resale of a Platinum Season unit (Weeks 1-21, 50-52). I am specifically interested in the 148,100 StarOption allocation and am ready to move forward with a straightforward closing.
Criteria:
Unit: 2BR Lock-off (must be the split-able 1BR Premium + Studio configuration).
Usage: Annual, starting in 2027 (will consider 2026 if usage is still available).
Transaction: Preference for a title transfer through LT Systems or another reputable Vistana-specialist escrow.
