Westin Kierland Floating Two Bedroom for rent

This is only one-week stay at Westin Kierland. Please contact me at least 3-month in advance for the availability first.

If only one-bedroom is needed, I'd ask for $2400 for the premium room and $1800 for the small bedroom & $3600 for the two bedroom.

Any additional services, such as room service or housekeeping, are *NOT* included.

Availability changes from time to time especially when the time is getting close. Therefore, please contact me to confirm the availability first.

Here is how it works:
1) Contact me to confirm the details of your needs, including your desired villa name, room type, check-in/out dates, number of guests, name at check-in, and special needs first.

2) I will make a reservation under my name if available.

3) Please make a purchase once you get my confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, I will put the reservation under your name and email you the updated reservation. Soon Vistana should email you the reservation with your name directly. Then you may contact Vistana for additional requests as needed.

4) If payment not received within the graceful period*, I'll have to cancel the reservation.

5) Free cancellation may be accepted within the graceful period*. After that, a partial refund may be issued. In case if anything unexpected affects your reservation, I'll give a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
