Spanning 2,415 acres, Sky Valley Resort offers a wilderness getaway with the comforts of home. The resort provides outstanding views of the surrounding Chattahoochee and Nantahala national forests. The hiking trails offer yet another vantage point from which to see the aesthetic scenery. Amenities include a junior Olympic-size heated outdoor pool, six tennis courts, an 18-hole championship golf course, A fee may be charged for those amenities not owned by the resort.



There are thirteen timeshare buildings (seventy five units total) spread around the property. Which one you choose will be based on the size of the unit, price, and location. None is farther than a 3 minute drive from the clubhouse (pool, tennis, playground) and golf course.

Located in Sky Valley Georgia, a convenient 2 hour drive to escape the heat of Atlanta, to cooler temperatures and lower humidity in Sky Valley.

Sky Valley Timeshares is a small part of the Sky Valley Resort 2nd home community, totalling 75 units in a mix of two and three level buildings for multiple units and free standing mountain homes. There are approximately 900 privately owned homes.

Our free standing timeshare is approximately 1500 sq ft on 2 levels, one of 3 mountain homes, on a street of large privately owned homes in the Sky Valley Resort.

The 1br units in the lower part of the multi unit 3 story buildings are darker because the back half of the units are below grade and windowless. However, the mostly 2br units on the upper levels generally have good natural light.

If you enjoy playing golf on beautiful mountain courses, this is the place for you. The beautifully designed and maintained Sky Valley golf course is rated as one of the best mountain courses in the Southeast.


Hiking, fishing, rafting, zip lining and horseback riding are just some of the available activities.

Don't be fooled by this rural location, there is an abundance of very good restaurants within a short drive from Sky Valley and of course there is always the restaurant at the Sky Valley Country Club.

Sky Valley is an older, but well maintained timeshare, with still reasonable maintenance fees.
