Situated directly on the beach on Manasota Key, Sea Oats Beach Club provides guests with an outdoor pool, a whirlpool, gas barbecue grills, shuffleboard courts, bicycles, and Chickee deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Tennis buffs will find several public courts in the area. Beaches along this part of the coast are noted for excellent shelling. Englewood, which has many fine shops and restaurants, is about 30 miles south of Sarasota. Golfers may enjoy several courses within 10 miles of the resort.
