Villa for Rent – Royal Sands, Cancun (Unit J5430)
Villa J5430 is located in the heart of The Royal Sands, perfectly positioned in the central section with easy access to both Phase 1 and Phase 2. The private balcony offers beautiful views of the pools, gardens, the Caribbean Sea, and the wide sandy beach. If you know The Royal Sands, you know this floor has the large beachfront terrace—a favorite feature for many guests.

**All-Inclusive Package Is Optional:
When you rent directly from an owner, the All-Inclusive plan is never required. You can add it if you want, or enjoy the resort on your own terms.

Villa Layout (Sleeps Large Families Comfortably)
– Master bedroom: King bed
– Second bedroom: Two double beds
– Living area: Two Murphy pull-down beds (great for kids or extra guests)
This setup is ideal for families who want flexibility—if the kids claim the double-bed room, no problem, you still have comfortable beds in the main living area.
If you have young children or extra family members (exceeding 6), you’re welcome to reach out. Depending on ages, I can check with the resort to see what is allowed for your stay.
