Maintenance fees about$1500 per year

Every year usage begins in 2026. It’s easy to rent in years you can’t or don’t use your villa. And, you’ll receive Residual Rights in 2050 (meaning you’ll get a percentage of your investment back when the resort is sold-just like when the Royal Islander, Caribbean and Mayan were sold).

All closings go through Interval Servicing (ISCO), Royal Resorts management company. And, the buyer closing costs are very low. I use ISCO’s transfer service and escrow service for a simple, quick, inexpensive and secure transfer, fully protecting both the buyer and seller. The process only takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
