Full Villa, building I, unit number 5325. It is located 4 levels up from the beach; 3 levels up from the pools in each Phase. It is ideally located right in the middle of the oceanfront Villas with the elevator and stairs across from the Villa. This Villa has two sections: a Master Suite and a Guest room. The Master Suite has a Master bedroom with a king bed that opens onto the balcony, includes a full bath and connects to the living room (also with opening to the balcony and 2 Murphy beds) and full kitchen. The Guest Room has 2 double beds and a full bath, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Both the Master Suite and Guest Room have their own entrance from the outside hallway, and there is a shared door (which can be locked), between the Master Suite and the Guest Room. There are 3 flatscreen TVs, and very good internet service.
As an owner, the all-inclusive package can be purchased for meals/drinks/gym. If you are registered as a guest (non-owner), you must purchase the all-inclusive. There are 2 adult pools with one being huge (!), a lap pool, and a kiddie pool. There is a beach bar, 3 swim-up bars, and an inside bar. Restaurants include La Veranda, Sisal, Snack Shack, Char Hut, Sand Dollar (sushi), and room service. New - a wood-fired pizza oven, and food grilled daily around the pool (paella, Al Pastor, chicken, etc). Also new is a water slide park for the kids, including a snack bar (Snack Shack). There are also electric mobility scooters available to rent, and a small grocery store. Lots of amentities, including gym and spa. This villa is particularly nice since it is centrally located, between the two main pools so pool noise is avoided.

A NOTE ON WEEK 41:
Week 40 is the maintenance week at the Royal Sands so the resort is closed. That means when you arrive for week 41, your Villa will be ready and you can go straight to your room and not wait until check-in time. This is a huge advantage if your have an early arrival flight.
