Beautiful ocean view. Great location

This is a ocean view villa J5630 in a great location. The villa has a king size bed in master suite and 2 pull-downs in the living area . The lock off has 2 double beds. This villa sleeps up to 8 people. Being a lock off allows you to stay in one side and rent or trade the other. The balcony over looks a lovely pool with swim up bar and a small outdoor restaurant . A beautiful view of the ocean as well. There are 3 restaurants located at the resort and options to use any at all the other Royal resorts near by and our own bus that can take you there. There is a nice convenience store off the lobby as well as some other gift shops . If you choose you may go all-inclusive and there is a nice discount for owners. This is a nice option. Your maint. includes maid service for Mon.- Sat.. You don't get that in many resorts. There are also buses right outside the resort for your convenience to go shopping or out to local resturants. Unfortunately for us, age and health forces us to give up our 22 years of Cancun vacations . .Only private buyers reply.
