Marriott Vacation Club – 10,000 Annual Destination PointsPrice: $20,000 Point Inventory Included:2027 is 10000. The points become available every year. I wish to seel my points to someone in order for me to exit the point system as I am growing older. I am willing to pay the 2027 maintennce fees for whoever makes a bonafide offer.
Terms & Fees: Buyer is responsible for all closing costs, title escrow fees. The upcoming 2027 annual maintenance fees will be paid by seller.
The buyer will have full ownership of 10,000 MVC points annually in perpetuity.
Buyer must explicitly pay the Marriott junk transfer fee ($3.00 per point / $30,000 total) to Marriott Vacation Club at closing. Net to seller is $11,500.
Seller is motivated to negotiate if offer made by August 15, 2026
