Lake Carlos Villas is an 18-unit timeshare located on beautiful Lake Carlos in central Minnesota. Since the early 1980's, Lake Carlos Villas has provided an enjoyable get-away with golfing, swimming, and fishing in the summer; ice fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter. A six-year renovation has updated the Villas to a first class resort.





There are two 1-bedroom units, two 3-bedroom units, two 2-bedroom units with lofts, and twelve 2-bedroom units. In addition to the individual units, there are other facilities, including an adult club house/library, an outdoor pool (summer only), an indoor pool, and a large hot tub by the indoor pool.



All of our buildings are smoke-free (No Smoking Allowed); and also NO pets are allowed on site.
