La Casella is situated in Ficulle in the Umbria region, adjacent to Tuscany. Resort is surrounded by beautiful countryside with non tarmacked roads in a valley full of poplars, oaks and larch trees and with a stream running through the actual property. The area is an ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions i.e. Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Siena, Assisi and Montepulciano. It is easy to take a day trip either to Firenze or Rome, both within 2 hours driving time. Resort has a number of its own horses and qualified staff who can provide riding lessons and organise trekking and excursions.
