Very comfortable resort accommodations with 5 pools in a terrific location. This is a two bedroom 2 bath unit with a sleeper sofa option in the living room, full kitchen and in-unit laundry. I do recommend looking at the resort's website (along with any other site you might wish) for pictures and details.
There is a 6 person limit, and the resort requires the names of all people with the reservation. IDs are required for each person at check in.

Please note, I can be flexible on the dates and number of days inside of 45 days before check-in. Final price on less than a full week will depend on the specific days requested. I'd suggest emailing the details of what you are looking for, and I'll check availability and let you know what I can do. Fantastic Resort we enjoy staying at. This deed is worth a huge 255,000pts at HICV.
This specific deed is a 3 bedroom LO, recorded as week 29, peak season (platinum) BUT floats all weeks
The last time we stayed, we enjoyed the 2 bedroom Signature Villa. movies, board game, books, etc are complimetary from front desk.
We purchased this deed from HICV in March, 2017 with purchase price of $55,152 and used another deed as trade deposit.
Today, the marketing value if purchased at HICV is over $75,000.
We have used the points to make two reservations with 2 bedrooms at other HICV resorts.
We are now 80 years young, travel alot less so want to help another family enjoy the experiences.
