Fantastic Resort to own and stay at

We have owned several deeds at this resort for 18 years, have stayed several weeks a year and rent the remaining weeks within their rental and GPX that covers the maintenance fee.
Less than 1 hour from San Diego and just over an hour drive to Los Angeles, a great spot; also directly across the street to Legoland. Check the website for all the amenities offered at this gold crown property.
We have all these deeds within the Hilton Grand Vacation Club system so may also apply any deeds into club points each year. Dont know if the deed is easily transferable to HGVC but would be a bonus and would make this purchase much more attractive as the 9280 Hilton pts are worth considerably more, especially if you have been to a Hilton marketing presentation where cost is over $45,000.
Also have every other week deeds, both even and odd, also a deed with its own HGVC club contract at Carlsbad Seapointe which may be easier to just transfer. As we are both 80 years old, would like to sell a couple of deeds so you may enjoy this resort as much as we have. If interested in renting first, just ASK
