The Devoncourt is set within four acres of subtropical gardens sloping toward Exmouth's golden sandy beaches, five minutes' walk away. Facilities at Devoncourt include hair and beauty salon, snooker room, indoor and outdoor heated pools, steam room, sauna, solarium, and fitness room. On the grounds are a tennis court, golf practice range, and an 18-hole putting green and croquet lawn, which operate throughout the summer months.
