We rent our timeshare at the Royal Solaris in Cabo for $300 per week . You can choose any week of the year and your arrival and departure dates can be any day of the week. You can rent two units during the same week if you want to invite family or friends to join you.

Our studio unit has a balcony, with your choice of a king size bed or two double beds, a small kitchenette with a mini-frig that is stocked daily with beer, soda, and water bottles. Each unit has a Murphy bed, so the king size bed units sleep 4 and the two double bed units sleep 6.

You will have to pay for an all-inclusive meal plan for all of your meals and drinks (alcoholic beverages included). There are buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we prefer the sit down meals for dinner. Besides the buffets, there is a poolside grill and a pizza "hut" as well as a swim up bar.

You can get up to 20% discount for paying for the all inclusive in advance. Children 0 - 4 are free with paying adults, children 5 - 16 have a reduced rate.

There are fun activities all day long at the pool. Each evening is a different show in the theater. Don't miss the Mexican night with professional singers, dancers, mariachi band, etc.

Your fee also includes a full day excursion (lunch and drinks included). Possible choices are Todos Santos Tour, Swim With Whale Sharks, Espiritu Santo Island Tour, Camel Ride, Zip Line Tour, Snorkel Tour, and Sunset Cruise. You will be given free transportation to and from the Cabo airport.

Club Regina - Located adjacent to the Westin Regina Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Cancun or Puerto Vallarta - Your choice of the 3 locations and the number of weeks you would like to vacation - from 48 weeks a year. We own EOY Even but paid to roll over unused year to use it this year . We have already paid the maintanence fee so we are renting it .We are in our 80's and do not plan much travel now. This is a roomy 1 Bedroom at Los Cabos Golf Resort in Cabo San Lucas with its own kitchen. open into its living room.. It is a lovely little resort with a large hot tub and pool and an on site little resturant where you can eat inside or out. It is quiet and next to a golf course...which has many different birds. I took many photos of unusual Mexican birds and enjoyed walking the grounds. There is a small putting green at the resort and one can go next door to the golf course and rent clubs and a cart...We have enjoyed walking the golf course and photographing the many different birds!

We reserved it for Nov 9-16 to insure we had a week but might change it if this does not work for you. It will also be available in 2026

This Resort is absolutely Beautiful. The two bedroom Unit is a Simply Gorgeous, designed in 18th-century Spanish Colonial Elegance! The pool and swim up bar are Fantastic! The pools are lite up at night with gas fire that gives a romantic ambiance. It is very Cool! The service is Amazing! Everyone was always very helpful. The property is very secured with guards to enter the property. One Parking is included with the night stay. It is my favorite place to stay in San Jose Del Cabo. Love this place!!

This is a Foodie Town and many fine dining places nearby which you can take a Lyft or Uber. Flora Fields and Acres are a Must go for Craft cocktails and Delectable Farm to Table Meals! There is a Fabulous Italian Restaurant La Forchetta across the street, and Sage Restaurant is new with homemade Pastas in Downtown San Jose del Cabo. Next door is Casa Calavera (Mexican) and El Mezquite (Grilled meats) is next door at Vidanta’s Grand Mayan, which is definitely worth a visit!
