PAHIO Shearwater deeded - not converted to Wyndham – not enrolled in RCI points

If you desire to stay on Kauai every odd year, this Shearwater ownership has value way higher than the $0 asking price (note: asking buyer is to pay half fees and taxes including closing costs and resort transfer fee, and all [100%] 2027 Maintenance fees if required for resort transfer).
We will be separately listing an even year ownership after we decide whether to use our October 2026 reservation before listing it.
This is an odd year floating PAHIO Shearwater deeded unit, ground floor, Interval Control Number (ICN) 109-24-OD. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. While all units at Shearwater are ocean front high up on a Princeville, Kauai cliff, some unit locations are more desirable than others. Shearwater does not have elevators. There is almost no difference in view between ground floor and top floor for the better located units. The TUG resort review page for the Shearwater includes a resort map and a reference list showing check-in day of week and bedding configuration. The TUG resort review section does not locate the Shearwater correctly. Copy these coordinates 22.225677, -159.473335 into your map app for the correct location. To simplify your research, none of the eligible better locations have a Saturday check-in.
Owners of PAHIO Shearwater weeks unconverted to Wyndham can submit a reservation request as early as 16 months before check-in. Confirmations are received inside 14 months prior to check-in which is (per our understanding) earlier than the 13 month allowed for owners of weeks converted to Wyndham to even submit a reservation request.
We love staying at the Shearwater. We used to own multiple ocean front weeks at Kauai Beach Villas (KBV) that no longer exist due to KBV’s bankruptcy filing. Given our age, now seems to be a good time to part with our Shearwater units as well.
