Week 46, unit 1060

I have never been to this unit, even though I have owned it for 24 years, so all information is from web-sites, etc. It is supposedly a corner penthouse (top-floor) unit. I checked one website and saw none of these units for sale for less than 6K, some much more than that. Originally purchased this week for possible use with the Nascar finale at nearby Homestead track, but my interest in Nascar waned. Have used it as a RCI trader every year. Have checked into various Wyndham hotels and gotten "upgrades" as an owner, so they must have a vigorous data base within their system. Buyer will pay transfer fees and select their own transfer agent. I have listed what I believe are the correct dates for 2026 useage below, but you should verify with Wyndham if you have any questions.. Maintenance fees for 2026 are paid in full. Have not deposited into RCI for 2026 yet. The price of $1 is for 2026 use going forward. Basically a free vacation for 2026. Please no scammers, don't waste your time or mine. Thank you.
