126,000 annual points to use at any Club Wyndham resort listed on the site. Use year is October 1st through Sept 30th. Home resort is Club Wyndham Ocean Walk. 126,000 points usually gets you an average of 7 days/6 nights. $1200 annual maintenance fees (includes tax and HOA fees).

Points can be transferred into the affiliated RCI link so you can choose from resorts in the broader marketplace (can search other resort brands). RCI points can be extended to a certain point before they ultimately expire.

No points used in Club Wyndham's side this year. Currently have 339,875 points in the RCI side. Title in hand.
