Purchased from the original owners 9 years ago, I have never seen another contract like it—two weeks annually. Very rare! We’ve made good use of it ourselves, let family/friends use it, and rented on Redweek, and we’re ready see it go to new owners.

If desired, you could probably trade this contract for a substantial amount of Wyndham points. However we weren’t interested in doing that. It’s also worth a substantial amount of points in RCI.

Owners can reserve their contract weeks (8 & 9) up to 16 months in advance; otherwise, up to 12 months.

Willing to divide closing costs 50/50. New owners will pay 2026 maintenance fees (due quarterly), both weeks available in 2026.
