Transfer

I am offering the ownership FREE because my family no longer uses it.

I will pay half of the reasonable Massanutten transfer/recording costs required to complete the transfer, subject to confirming the exact fees with Massanutten.

The transfer will be completed through Massanutten's required ownership-transfer process using Massanutten's Attorneys. The new owner will be responsible for all maintenance fees and ownership obligations after the transfer is completed.
