• The Unit: 1-bedroom villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, oven with four-burner stovetop (range), microwave oven, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, lanai with large table that will easily seat 6 people; king-size Westin Heavenly® Bed and a queen sofa sleeper, two flat-screen HDTVs. We can also request a complimentary roll-away bed if needed.
• For Rent by Owner: We booked this unit at the stroke of midnight 12 months prior to check-in date so our priority for getting a good room will be very high. We have requested Bldg 8 or Bldg 6. While this unit is officially classified under the deeded "Resort View" tier (all 1-bedrooms at Nanea are designated this way), the resort's open layout layout means most units still grant excellent, beautiful glances of the ocean or pool areas from the balcony. We have owned at the Nanea since it opened.
• The Season: Late February/Early March is prime, peak whale-watching season in Maui. Enjoy breaching whales directly from the property or go to Kahekili Beach next door to snorkel or scuba (good place to see turtles).
• Self parking is free
• Standard housekeeping is included (mid-week tidy)
• Nanea does not charge any Resort Fee
• Only fees are the State and Local Hawaii Occupancy Tax which are responsibility of renter
