If you are looking for this specific resort, you probably already know the details, but I’ve pasted a general description below. I have two units and due to changes in our ability to travel, I’d like to sell one. This is an odd year floating week with an island view.

Westin KOR North is one of the nicest resorts out there and the Ka’anapali location comes with the highest point (“Star Options” in Westin language) value in the Westin villa system. We’ve priced it to sell and have included a reduction since the January 2026 fees will be due.

12 month priority for reservation at home resort, 8 month for any other Westin, Marriott, or Sheraton villas. If you book other than the full 2 bedroom for a week, you can use the generous 148,100 points to split up on multiple trips. For example, you can book several weeks in a two bedroom with this many points in Palm Springs, CA and other similar non-Hawaii Westin/Sheraton/Marriott resorts. Or you can use it for a studio unit for around 10-12 days. It is also possible to convert the Star Options points to hotel points and use them all over the world for other types of travel. The system is very flexible.

NOTE: you can reserve any week in the year, no blackouts. The deed lists week 20 as the ownership week, but that is for the deed only. You can arrive any day of the week.

This is an island/garden view two bedroom unit. Often in our experience the actual assigned unit has a partial ocean view and we even ended up with ocean front a couple of times, but not guaranteed of course.

This size unit is perfect for two couples who want to vacation together but also have some privacy, or for families who need extra elbow room. The main kitchen is huge.
