3 Bedroom lock off includes the option of multiple stays with individual 2 bedroom and 1 studio units. Week 3 is the contract week associated with the value season that changes yearly but has various monthly options throughout the year. There is an additional fee to book during the Holiday high season time periods. The week can also be banked via Westgate or Interval International as a 3 bedroom or a Studio room and 2 Bedrooms for 2 years. This enables the owner to vacation every year while only paying the maintenance every other year. The resort has 5 pools and a water park with a lazy river, wave pool, water slides, kids splash pool, bar and food. Selling due to health issues that restrict travel.
