I'm transferring my fully paid deeded ownership at Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort in Las Vegas.

My family purchased this ownership directly from Westgate in 2016 while vacationing in Las Vegas. We live in Bahrain, so we simply don't travel to the U.S. often enough to justify keeping it. Rather than continue paying annual maintenance fees, I'd like to transfer it to someone who will enjoy using it.
