Two separate 2BR/2FB/Sleep 6 Units, each with a kitchen and separate lockout. Both units are for rent for a total of 4BR/4FB/Sleep 12. Sleep sofas in each unit accommodate 2 people (better for children). Front desk concierge, free tennis courts, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, free DVD rental, free office center and printer, daily activities with minimum fees, room safe, free washer/dryer in building. WIFI in units. Jacuzzi bathtub with jets in each unit. No elevator. Free parking with permit. Gated grounds with security. Mandatory nonrefundable $30 activities charge. Security deposit of $150 upon check-in is refundable upon check out, provided there are no damages. Minutes to restaurants, Outlet shopping and a variety of stores, historic Williamsburg, Jamestown, Busch Gardens, Water Country, and an hour drive to Virginia Beach. This is the year to visit with Williamsburg 250! I prefer to rent both units together, but will consider renting each unit separately at a reduced fee.
