Vacation Village at Parkway - FREE

Technically my father is the owner of this unit, I was going to buy it from him but never actually went through with it. I've just been paying the maintenance fees for the past 7 years, and we're both ready for it to be out of our hands. The maintenance fees have been running approximately $1250/yr and are current through 2026. Now that I've paid this year off, I'd like to give it away to someone willing to pay whatever additional fees arise from the transfer, with no more money coming out of my pocket.
