I have a 92500 point Biennial Odd year Vacation Village at Parkway 2 BR Unit for Sale. My Fees are due every (other) year. The fees are about $900 a year this way. If anyone is interested in owning this I would love to make a deal with you. 7 Pools, a nice resort. Check out the photos online. My wife and I travel to Vietnam and Germany mostly now because her family lives in those 2 countries. We just don't need this any more for our style of traveling.
