In the main living room, an open floor plan is complimented by a queen sofa sleeper allowing for maximum occupancy of 6. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, 1200 square feet.

The Winter Park shuttle leaves near the front of the condo. Town of Winter Park is one mile from resort. Drive or shuttle to Ski resort located 3 miles from unit, 5 min drive.

Timber Run is located in the town of Winter Park and is an RCI resort, red week. The four unit condo has indoor parking, flat panel cable TV, CD/VCR, AND FREE WIFI. The unit also has a steam room shower. The unit's balcony looks out toward the continental divide.

Check-in after Saturday at 4PM or later. Check out by the following Saturday by 10AM. Credit card imprint will be required for damage deposit.

Non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve this week. Remainder due 45 days prior to check-in.
