This is for seven nights, check-in after 4PM Saturday: check-out by 10AM Saturday. No timeshare presentations. This is prime time for color season with the shimmering golden Aspens. Average temperature is 54 degrees in September for high and 30 degrees low. In 2018 we experienced average 70 degree high and 45 degree low.

This is a ground floor walk-in unit that offers a private balcony with mountain views, 1 car garage, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. In the main living room, an open floor plan is complimented by a queen sofa sleeper allowing for maximum occupancy of 6. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, 1200 square feet.

The Winter Park shuttle leaves near the front of the condo. Town of Winter Park is one mile from resort. Drive or shuttle to Ski resort located 3 miles from unit, 5 min drive. Good option for day trip to Estes Park, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park at Grandy Lake is the Trail Ridge Road, the highest paved highway in the United States elevating to over 12,000 feet above the tree line on your way to Estes Park. (you will see Elk)

Timber Run is located in the town of Winter Park and is an RCI resort, red week. This unit is one of four unit condo in the building. It has indoor parking, cable TV, CD/VCR, and FREE WIFI. The master bath includes a steam room shower. There is also an outside jacuzzi within the complex. Balcony looks out toward the continental divide.

Check-in at 4PM or later. Check out by 10AM. Credit card imprint will be required for damage deposit.

Non-refundable deposit of $300 due to secure the week. Final payment due 60 days before check-in.
