Sale price $4500.00 for three weeks deeded ownership. $1,500 is the price for one week. I have 3 fixed high demand red weeks deeded for Timber Runs. Check with me on availability for use and ownership the other two weeks as I've been renting the units each year. These deeded weeks are fixed ownership meaning permanent annual ownership of fixed weeks 13,14,38 and must be sold as a block of three weeks. The weeks cannot be split for resale.

The two of the three weeks are consecutive weeks landing around the last of March and first week of April, prime Spring Skiing.... EVERY YEAR. If you are not into sub-zero weather, this is the time to go.... the Aspens are changing during the September week. All of these weeks trade as prime Redweeks with RCI.

The resort has FREE WIFI and an outside jacuzzi tub. Laundry facilities are inside this building. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining master bath equipped with a steam shower. The separate guest bedroom has two single beds. The guests will also enjoy having their own private bathroom. In the hallway outside the units door is a temporary ski closet. The fully equipped kitchen has a large table to easily accommodate six adults. The open living room/ TV area has a gas fireplace, pull out couch, lounge chair. A large dining/gaming table and chairs area can also be found.

The condo has indoor parking garage on ground level with a shuttle that stops in front of the building to take you to the Winter Park Ski area, 3 miles away. Built on a hill, our unit has 1st floor walk-in from rear of building within 10 feet of outside parking and up two outside steps.

Our 1200 sq. ft. unit also includes your personal locker, with lock, for continued year round storage of your ski gear and personal items.

The total annual maintenance fee runs $1,650 per year, includes ALL THREE WEEKS. Dues will be current and paid thru date of sale. The $500 is the equivalent maintenance fee for one week. There are no additional housekeeping, WIFI or other fees for use weeks.

Sale is deeded using Timber Runs calendar for weeks 13,14, and 38, which may vary from TUGS 52 week calendar.

Retired and no longer regularly visiting our former winter home away from home in Winter Park. I have been renting these units but with retirement time to sell. I have a 100% rating on EBay with over 173 sales. Glad to provide a current EBay item listed for sale number so you can have confidence in my integrity as a seller.
