This unit is a Ground Floor B-Side Junior Suite, with 2 double beds and a mini kitchenette. It can sleep 2 adults plus up to 2 children under 12. The unit is located in Phase 2 of Royal Haciendas with great ocean and resort views. The location is also close to the lobby and all the amenities. We love staying in this unit because of the views of the impeccable resort landscaping.

While the resort offers an all-inclusive option, owners are not required to purchase it, which gives you ultimate flexibility for how you prefer to stay each year.

This unit is being offered at significant discount from resort prices and the current points program. We have been very happy owners with Royal Resorts for many years and are only selling part of our ownership because we have acquired more than we need.

Usage in Odd Years with first occupancy in 2027. Maintenance fees are only due in odd years as well.
