The unit, F141, is in the first building from the beach and a great location to have the best ocean and resort views, with easy access to all the activities.

Week 1 starts with the first Saturday of January and we've loved visiting this time of year for many years now. While the resort offers an all-inclusive option, owners are not required to purchase it. This gives you ultimate flexibility for how you prefer to stay each year.

This is a full 2-bedroom villa that can be locked off into a 1-bedroom Master Suite w/ full kitchen and 1-Bedroom Junior Suite with it's own mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. This allows you to stay in part of the unit, and rent part of the unit if you prefer.

This unit is being offered at significant discount from resort prices and the current points program. We have been very happy owners with Royal Resorts for many years and are only selling part of our ownership because we have acquired more than we need.
