Located in a gated community in one of the top timeshare resorts in the world and within minutes of Playa del Carmen. Week 17 arrives around the last week in April into the first week in May, and the weather is usually just perfect then, and very rarely any rain. (I think we’ve had one rainy day in the past four years.) Week 17 in 2026 is April 25 – May 2.

Villa Details:

I168 is a first-floor, end-unit (the end next to the pool) walkout in Section 2. It is one of only twelve first floor villas on the beach, and is approximately 1690 sq. ft. Sit on the patio and enjoy the luxury of an ocean front property, steps from the sand and surf.

• Sleeps 6-8

• Master suite includes king-size bed, TV, DVD, bathroom with dressing area, double sinks and granite counter tops

• Guest bedroom (lock out) has two double beds, TV, DVD, kitchenette, bathroom with dressing area and double sinks, private patio and independent access

• Spacious Main living area is furnished with sofa, end tables, cocktail table and two overstuffed chairs and two Murphy beds, TV, DVD and sound system

• Large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops; adjacent dining area has table and chairs plus stools at counter level

• Large, oceanfront patio has private Jacuzzi, sun beds, table and chairs

• Resort provides daily maid service (except Sunday), free use of kayaks, snorkel equipment, tennis courts, golf clubs, etc.

• The resort has many planned activities for both children and adults. It also has an on-site travel agency that can assist you with travel plans and provide advice on local tourist excursions.

• Wi-fi internet throughout the property including villas

• Numerous golf courses are nearby, including a Nick Price-designed course adjacent to the resort

• Other on-site conveniences include a grocery store and gift shop, excellent restaurants and snack bars, two heated infinity pools, two lap pools, two children’s pools, four large outdoor Jacuzzis, and a laundry

• Owners have the flexibility to decline an available all-inclusive package or, if you desire, take advantage of the all-inclusive at a discounted rate.
