FREE XMAS SKI WEEK 51

BIENNIAL ODD YEAR USE (fixed week 51 -- often includes Xmas -- Friday to Friday, in ODD YEARS), BEGINNING DECEMBER 2027 (12/17 to 12/24/27). Note that annual maintenance fees of $626.50 are paid $313.25 each in January & July, while the use week is every other year. Therefore, an adjustment at closing will be required for the amount of the 2027 use week already prepaid by Seller.
