MLK week and Early Sundance

Very popular ski week in park City. Check in is Sat to Sat. MLK holiday is Monday. Sundance Film Festival begins on Thursday. Enjoy the beginning of the Sundance film festival in Park City in 2026. Saturday to Saturday, Jan 24-31, 2026. After more than a decade, Sundance Film festival is now moving to Colorado in 2027.

Park Regency is located in the Prospector Square section of town. This is a deluxe 1BR2BA unit (590 sq.ft.) that can sleep up to six but really more comfortable for four. There is a king bed in bedroom with an attached bathroom. There is a partial bedroom in a den alcove with two bunk beds and a dresser. There is a second full bathroom off the hallway. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also has a full kitchen, dining room and living room. This is a peak vacation week with average hotel prices close to 500 per night.

This is also a great ski destination as there are three major ski areas to choose from: Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley. Park City is easy to get to by flying into SLC, a major hub. It's a short 30 min. drive up to Park City. You do not need a car for your Park City vacation as there are free city shuttles to take you all over the city. This is a big savings.
