This one bedroom Penthouse suite sleeps 4. Bedroom has king size bed and living room has a high end sofa bed. TVs in both living and bedroom. Two large bathrooms with towels, toiletries and daily maid service and evening turndown service (includes complimentary cordial the first evening). Two complimentary cocktails upon arrival. There is a small dining area with table/chairs and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes china, glasses (as well as flutes), utensils, dishwasher, microwave, medium size refrigerator (larger than the typical hotel mini fridge), coffee/expresso maker and initial cleaning products. There are two large closets with plenty of space for both cloths and luggage, as well as a computer with printer (the 26th floor also contains a business center). Ceilings are high with large windows and plenty of light. Penthouse owners (top few floors) are the only owners to have access to two large outdoor terraces complete with furniture on the 29th floor. Penthouse owners have a private elevator that takes them via keycard from the 26th floor to the floor where their unit resides. The 26th floor has a full lounge and bar room with great views of the city. A fitness center is available on the 26th floor as well. Valet parking is available for a discounted fee. A concierge is available for visiting sites, getting theater tickets, etc... The building (200 W 56th St) is located within walking distance of Central Park, Broadway theater district, Times Square, Rockefeller Ctr, Radio City, Museum of Modern Art and many, many wonderful restaurants. We have cherished this timeshare for 26 years but our travel plans have now changed. The current year is available for use and all maintenance has been paid for 2026. This is a seven day timeshare with checkin at any time except New Years holiday. You can also split the seven days, but only one Saturday can be used per year. Closing fees will be covered by seller through a licensed timeshare closing service such as LT Transfer.
