First available use is 2027, after transfer completion. Choose eligible use on or after January 30, 2027. Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in/check-out, subject to availability. Maintenance fees are $3,579 annually, billed in April, INCLUDING property tax. Buyer is responsible for the 2027 maintenance fees in advance; the amount is $3,579 including tax. Asking price remains Free ($0).

$500 total cash buyer incentive, payable upon completion of transfer. Please do not acquire this ownership solely for the buyer incentive.
