Boring Data: Unit 1005 Week 11 (Middle of March, Sunday-Sunday, annual usage), 1bed/1bath, ocean front, This years maintenance fees: $864

Short Version: I can no longer afford to keep my time share and would like to give it away. I am working on the maintenance fees but that may not get done, and I would cover closing costs.

Long Version: Due to the poor record keeping of the management company that has been kicked out and a large renovation involving the elevators in the building, the maintenance fees have gone beyond my means to pay them. They have to agreed to allow me to pay them in installments and I will do my best to reflect the current balance here ($764). In the unlikely event of signing over the deed before it is paid off, unfortunately, the rest would be the responsibility of the new owner.

With that said, my week has been impacted by the elevator project and I they have given owners the option to trade weeks. For this year and this year only, the week is 46 (November), currently slated to be rented out.
