The Cliffs at Peace Canyon FREE

Two bedroom, two bathroom annual unit. This is Week 4, but it has a value of 50,000 points on RCI if you want to trade it. I have paid the maintenance fees for 2025. We rarely use our timeshares (we own two), so we are giving this one away. We will pay the taxes, if any, and the transfer fee. We will also include the 2025 RCI points. We will be using a transfer company (probably LT Transfers) to handle everything and we will pay that fee, also. This is a great opportunity!
