Sale: Christie Lodge Float (C-RED SUMMER)

We've had our timeshare (1BR C-RED SUMMER) at the Christie Lodge since 2001, and my wife and I are no longer able to travel or make use of it (we live in Virginia now and health is a concern). Summertime in the Rockies is a great time to visit, and there's a lot to do in and around Avon and the surrounding area.

When contacted, the Owner's Association asked for five years maintenance plus interest ($3,240.00) in advance to take it off our hands... Or we could list it here, instead! We'll cover the associated costs ($15 Owner's Closing Costs + $75 Buyer's Closing Costs) and maintenance is already paid for the year. What a bargain! :)
