Right in the middle of ski and summer action

We have owned this unit for over 40 years, but no longer ski or travel much. It has been a great trade through RCI, and some years we use it. For skiing, we schedule between Thanksgiving and Christmas. They always have snow, although it may be manmade.
We are willing to give this away. You pay the closing costs, which are only $75 to the buyer through the Christie Lodge.
Your first year to use it would be 2026. Maintenance is about $616 per year (an old contract).

This is a very well kept unit, at the base of the Beaver Creek Chairlift. Easy access to the entire VAIL VALLEY. Two people would be best, but four, if friendly, would work.
Queen bed, 1 sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, microwave, oven & toaster, and a full sized refrigerator.
The resort is easily reached right off IH70, provides one free parking spot, and free internet. The desk is open 24 hours/day, and the whole resort is NO SMOKING. It is surrounded by many restaurants and ski support merchants. More information is available at https://www.christielodge.com.
