They receive the full annual ClubPoints beginning with the next use year

This gives you the flexibility to use your Marco Island week OR convert it into ClubPoints for stays at HGVC resorts worldwide.

Hilton Transfer Fee
Hilton charges a $599 transfer fee for every deed transfer.
This covers:

Updating HGVC ownership records

Removing the seller

Adding the buyer

Optional Club activation (no extra fee)

The fee is the same $599 whether the buyer joins the Club or not.

Seller will coordinate deed preparation and recording for a $300 closing fee.
