$2,500 CASH BONUS to buyer, I will Pay all closing cost!!! I have a two bedroom, two bathroom, full kitchen, floating week, I want to gift to someone via a "Gift Deed". It is a deeded time-share at the Summit at Massanutten. There is no existing mortgage, it is fullly paid off. The new purchaser/owner will only be responsible for annual fee's (property tax, maintenance etc...) Last year the annual fee was $1244 dollars. It is a FLOATING WEEK with dates available late fall through early winter, and late winter through early spring each year. Thanksgiving is one of the weeks and this floating week covers a lot of public schools and colleges "Spring Break" season. You can choose any week 10-19 or any week 45-50. This is an annual time-share you can book one of the "Floating Weeks" every year and it can be a different week each year (or the same week). This time-share has flexibility when you travel. Again this time-share is fully paid off. I am offering a $2,500 cash bonus to the new owner to cover approximately the first 2 years of annual fees. Use the bonus money to pay the annual fees or put the money in you pocket. The 2026 vacation has already been used. The earliest you can book a vacation will be in 2027. The cash bonus will be placed in a licensed escrow company once I have a committed buyer. Once the deed transfer is offically CLOSED and the deed is no longer in my name the bonus held is escrow will be paid out by check or wire to the new owner by the Escrow company.
