PAIR of Units, Floating Weeks, I'll Cover the Transfer Costs

I am giving away a pair of units from my parents' well-loved, 30-year-old Summit at Massanutten timeshare. One is an upper floor and the other is a lower floor, and both are floating weeks. The $1244 (for each of the two units) annual maintenance fee for 2026 has already been paid, and the 2026 week for each is available for booking!

I'll cover the transfer and closing costs. My parents are getting pretty old so they can't enjoy this like they used to, but I do want the unique opportunity that this pair of units afford to go to a good home.
