FREE 52-Week Floating U/L Lockout at the Summit at Massanutten with FREE 2027 4th of July Week

Our family is grown and it is time to give these up. Free to you. I will pay all fees to the county and the resort. I have two of them - you can take one or both. We have a large family so we used both units side by side - NOT guaranteed by the property at time of reservation, but they have always been able to do this for us and we check in early and ask and are flexible on check-in time into the unit. All together there are 4 king sized beds, 8 twins and 4 sleeper sofas, so up to 24 people could stay if you owned both units.

The 2027 maintenance fees are paid and units are reserved for week 27 for 4th of July weekend in 2027. The free 2027 week goes with the units. This date ensures I (or you) can rent it.

You will never be at any financial risk and no money is expected from you in advance. I will just need notarized signatures on the quit claim deed. Once I file with county you will own the title to the timeshare. The whole process usually takes a 4-6 weeks. MFs will not be due until Jan 1, 2028. I am paying the tax/filing fee for the quit claim deed with the county and the resort transfer fee.

I notice some ads here not listing the most recent 2026 $1,244 maintenance fees. Maintenance fees will likely go up for 2027 and all you would owe would a very small difference. I paid $39 more for 2025 than 2026.

I've rented them successfully - especially 4th of July week. They are great Upper/Lower lockout units - two on each deed. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 8, a kitchen, two bathrooms - one is huge with a walk-in shower and large whirlpool bath. Renovation of all units was completed in 2022 - https://owners.massresort.com/summitreno. Great resort. We have loved it for a lot of years. We are retiring to the Virginia Massanutten mountain range 30 miles or so to the north of the resort to enjoy the beautify daily. That, and our family is getting spread out 2026 will be our last year to go to the resort.
