2 Bedroom Unit sleeps 6 and can be used every year: Week 43, plus a valuable GIFT

The two bedrooms sleeps 4 privately and two more can sleep on the sofa bed. The Unit is on the side of the mountain. The weather in October is amazing and a perfect time to see the Fall colors. The temperature range is warm in the day but cool at night - perfect if you don't like the heat of Summer or the cold of Winter. A great deal of history can be visited in the area and there are many outdoor adventures available. In the ODD years you can book the upper unit with the best views and a full kitchen. In the EVEN years you can book the lower unit with a partial kitchen (a hot plate inside in place of a stove and a BBQ outside). This unit can be deposited into the RCI WEEKS program annually if desired.

Maintenance Fees are due annually in July. The 2025 maintenance fees are paid in full. Your usage would start in 2026.

As a gift and incentive for you to buy this timeshare, we are willing to prepay several years of your future maintenance fess on this timeshare week. The payment would be made to the resort and deposited into the timeshare week owners account as part of the transfer and closing process.
